LedgerSeer users should register on the support site to create tickets, track responses, and keep product support tied to the right account or organization.

Use the chat widget

Look for the chat launcher in the bottom-right corner. When an agent is available, it starts a live conversation. When no agent is available, your first message can be captured as a support ticket.

Tip: include your email address and product name so support can route the request cleanly.

A better first message gets you a faster answer.

A few details help us reproduce the issue or route the request without a long back-and-forth.
